Title: Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Job brief:
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
- Knowledge and experience of SRB and GST
- Coordination with employees, clients, and vendors
- Making monthly payroll and marking attendance
- Making client bills, follow-up for payment, and collect payment
- Making cold calls to potential clients (daily 10 calls)
Responsibilities:
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in vendor relationship management
Requirements and skills:
- Experience of at least 2-3 years
Job Types: Full-time - Salary: Rs30,000.00 per month
Bike: Candidate must have his own bike.
Ideally, the candidate must be living near Tariq Road, Bahdrabad, Sindhi Muslim, PECHS, Shah-re-Faisal. Office location: Tariq Road.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Office timing: 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
