We are seeking a highly skilled Content Project Manager to lead our production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content tasks in project management tools, ensuring accurate tracking and updates; monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows; assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct regular goal-setting and check-ins with editors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
