Job Description Summary

This is a full-time position that requires overseeing indirect sales activities within an assigned territory through the franchise channel, aiming to drive sales growth and market share expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Managing franchise relationships to achieve assigned targets, focusing on key performance indicators such as Gross Adds, Revenue, and business growth.
  2. Executing strategic projects to enhance franchise servicing and retail enablement of the assigned territory.
  3. Maintaining alignment with organizational goals and promoting Telenor's values within the Franchise Channel.

Typical Day Activities

Key daily tasks include communicating targets effectively, conducting regular market visits, gathering insights and competitor information, and planning routes and targets for RSOs. Profitability monitoring and staffing at the Franchise end are crucial responsibilities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for motivating and training staff, improving trends, expanding retail footprint, and ensuring quality sales. Channel investment monitoring and executing strategic projects are also core duties.
