Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer to spearhead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of cutting-edge LLMs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine large-scale LLMs using advanced technologies such as GPT, LLaMA, BERT, T5, etc.
  • Optimize model performance through quantization, pruning, LoRA, and distillation techniques.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search solutions utilizing FAISS, Pinecone, and other tools.
  • Ensure seamless deployment of models using TorchServe, Triton, and Hugging Face Inference Endpoints.
  • Establish and maintain efficient MLOps practices, including thorough monitoring and versioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in NLP, deep learning, and LLM training.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX programming languages.
  • Experience with distributed training using Ray, DeepSpeed, and FSDP.
  • Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps tools.
