Procurement Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the execution of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and orders as part of our procure-to-pay process.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotation collection and order status updates.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather specifications and facilitate timely procurement actions.
  • Maintain procurement records and support vendor evaluation activities.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement function.

Required Skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior experience with SAP MM is highly preferred.
