Senior Software Development Lead

We seek an experienced software architect to lead high-level design decisions, define technology stacks, and provide architectural guidance across projects. The ideal candidate will make strategic contributions to project success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-level design solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead system design ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Identify tools and technology stacks best suited for application development.
- Conduct architecture and technology evaluations, providing recommendations aligned with project goals.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
- Review codebases to ensure design quality, maintainability, and clarity.
- Present solutions and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Serve as a key point of contact for technical discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.
- Experience across multiple development platforms and cloud providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in architecture evaluations and system integrations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
