Job Overview

The Operational Support Executive plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics business. This position entails staff schedule management, real-time tracking, compliance enforcement, inventory oversight, and reporting.

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and people management are paramount. Comprehensive training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate staff schedules to ensure efficient live tracking.
  • Monitor driver behavior and punctuality to maintain high standards.
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and fleet data updates with precision.
  • Maintain stock and inventory accuracy and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate performance and compliance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to communications professionally and collaborate effectively with the team and drivers.
  • Utilize productivity tools such as Google Docs, MS Office, and cloud-based systems to streamline tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administration roles.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu, with excellent communication skills.
  • A reliable, honest, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and reporting tools.
