Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented e-commerce operations specialist to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role focuses on operational execution, product listing optimization, inventory management, and data-driven growth initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Manage a portfolio of products within Amazon Seller Central by optimizing product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, backend keywords, and images) to boost search visibility and conversion.

This includes coordinating with supply chain or fulfillment partners to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
