Job Title: Identity and Access Governance Manager

Description:

The role of the IAM Governance Manager is a crucial one, requiring an individual with strong technical skills and experience in managing enterprise projects. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST 800-63, as well as experience in banking environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IAM Governance: Develop and enforce governance policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the IAM program. Ensure IAM processes adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Access Management: Govern user access review cycles, including access certifications. Ensure Privileged access is as per defined process and maintained logs are enough to track any unauthorized activity.
  • Role Management: Design and maintain role definitions and role-based access control frameworks.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments related to identity and access management. Identify and mitigate potential security risks associated with IAM processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in information security, with at least 1 year in IAM Governance.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Experience in banking environments with a strong understanding of key security frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of evolving advanced tech stacks and related control and risk universe.
