Job Title: Business Operations Strategist

Job Description

As a Business Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for collaborating with managers to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations.

You will analyze findings to suggest improvements and changes, communicate the potential effects of these changes, including costs, benefits, and risks. You will work closely with stakeholders to agree on the best approach to implement changes.

Additionally, you will organize testing and quality assurance, support staff in implementing changes, facilitate communication among internal colleagues, and engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in business analysis tools, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
