System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Operations Specialist to optimize and streamline processes across various departments.

  • Evaluate and refine operational workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable systems using automation tools
  • Collaborate with department leads to create standard operating procedures
  • Identify process gaps and automation opportunities to boost productivity
  • Manage the lifecycle of automations: testing, monitoring, and refining
  • Provide operational support for onboarding and day-to-day functions
  • Maintain organized documentation and knowledge bases for systems and workflows
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in workflow automation or operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Zapier, or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and tech-savvy individual with passion for building efficient systems
