The role of Supply Chain Associate is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within our organization’s supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking order status, and communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support efforts to optimize warehouse space and stock rotation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain effective communication with vendors, assist in evaluating vendor performance, and support the resolution of any supply-related issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data, including inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for data analysis and reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
