About Us

We are a global education system that functions under a non-political movement for preaching the Holy Quran and Sunnah.

Objective:

Our goal is to improve conventional academic studies in conformity with Shari'ah, fostering an environment where Islamic values are honored in all management, curriculum, and teaching practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create academic plans, including syllabus break-up, academic calendars, timetables, and period distribution charts at the city level, ensuring their implementation.
  • Develop recommendations for education policy, admission, examination, and discipline, ensuring adherence to approved policies by the governing body.
  • Suggest improvements for education quality and teaching, review syllabus coverage, and provide training for moderators and teachers.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documents according to policy and academic calendar, ensure timely examinations, and review results.
  • Monitor weekly attendance of moderators, identify problems, and provide solutions.
  • Hold consultations with organizers, maintain records of advice, and present monthly performance to the governing body.
  • Visit campuses to identify issues and submit recommendations for resolution.
  • Determine staffing needs and hire new staff as per governing body procedures.
  • Guide campuses in annual appraisals, promotions/increments, and budget preparation.
  • Provide assistance in training schedules and analyze results and performance of the inspection and training department.
  • Ensure civic advice from management and parents/guardians, and resolve educational issues.
  • Identify activities for our channel and record them through our media department.
  • Promote participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
  • Complete student admission, school registration, and affiliation issues across our locations.
  • Assist in reviewing and ensuring implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
  • Efficiently complete work assigned by the governing body.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant domain is essential.

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are necessary.

The ability to join on immediate/short notice is desirable.
