Job Title: VOIP System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VOIP System Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support and maintenance of our VOIP infrastructure, including troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and performing routine updates and patches.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

A basic understanding of VOIP technologies, including Asterisk servers and ViciDial administration, is required. Experience with CRM and dialer systems, particularly ViciDial, is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily VOIP support and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and maintain VOIP infrastructure
  • Perform routine updates and patches
  • Analyze dialer performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 6-12 months of hands-on experience supporting VOIP systems and/or data dialers
  • Basic understanding of VOIP technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
