  • Amazon Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and ensure all listings comply with them to avoid account penalties.
  • Case Resolution: Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues and pinch points that impact business performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and propose strategies for growth.
  • Product Reviews and Feedback: Manage product reviews and seller feedback to foster a positive brand image and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor account health and performance metrics, implementing strategies to maintain pristine account health.
