Amazon Product Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role focuses on operational execution, product listing optimization, inventory management, and data-driven growth initiatives. If you have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA or FBM, strong organizational skills, and a passion for e-commerce operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Tasks- Manage a portfolio of products within Amazon Seller Central.
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, backend keywords, and images) to boost search visibility and conversion.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain or fulfillment partners to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as BSR, CTR, CVR, and session data to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and coupons based on competitor analysis.
- Assist with handling customer messages, reviews, and returns in line with Amazon's guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon's terms of service, listing policies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and overall account health.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
