Job Description:
The Amazon Brand Manager
shall report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing Amazon marketplace operations across multiple regions (AU, USA, and UK). This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a results-oriented approach to drive growth, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable performance improvements. Urgent and ad-hoc tasks will also be assigned from time to time, which the manager shall prioritize accordingly.
1. Market Analysis & Research
- Conduct detailed keyword and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
2. Global Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon accounts across AU, USA, and UK marketplaces.
- Launch and scale new products, ensuring successful market entry.
- Monitor Seller Central reports, rankings, and account health to maintain compliance and growth.
3. Listing Creation & Optimization
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized listings ahead of stock arrival.
- Leverage AI tools for content generation while maintaining brand tone and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely uploads of images, A+ content, and brand assets.
- Continuously optimize listings to enhance visibility and engagement.
4. PPC Campaign Management
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and monitor campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Maintain profitability by reducing ACOS while sustaining sales growth.
- Analyze performance across 70+ campaigns, making budget adjustments as required.
5. Inventory & Stock Planning
- Forecast demand before product launches to ensure accurate stock planning.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring high in-stock rates and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with distributors to avoid stock-outs and missed sales opportunities.
6. Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Resolve compliance issues by coordinating with Amazon teams and providing accurate documentation.
- Ensure all products meet selling criteria across marketplaces.
- Proactively monitor for policy changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Promotions & Strategic Planning
- Develop annual promotional calendars, aligning stock availability with sales events.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies for peak seasons and global events.
