Job Summary

Talent Acquisition and Project Coordination: We seek a seasoned professional to manage project correspondence, communicate with suppliers, and negotiate client quotations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate quotations and finalize deals aligned with target pricing.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of suppliers and prepare technical submittals for client approval.
  • Lead progress meetings with clients and senior management to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • A minimum 6-8 years of experience in EPC firms.
  • Successful project experience involving 132/220kV grid stations.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of ETAP and AutoCAD essential.
  • PMP certification preferred.
