As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Create and manage tickets for customer issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with customers, providing regular updates on issue status.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A minimum of a graduate degree from a reputable university.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Urdu language skills, with a neutral dialect.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Work Arrangements: Rotational shifts and potential option to work from home after 6 months of successful performance.
