Job Overview

The HR Manager role is responsible for developing and maintaining specialized technical knowledge to enhance the recruitment process. This includes identifying and recruiting candidates based on both hard and soft skills, conducting in-depth interviews to assess strengths and weaknesses, and managing and formatting resumes of owned candidates, consultants, and employees for sales purposes.

Additionally, the HR Manager will verify candidate references and negotiate compensation packages. They will also maintain an optimal number of billing consultants and utilize various sources, including social media, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, cold calling, and university visits, to identify new technical talent.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Recruitment Process:
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain Candidate Relationships:
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Resume Management:
  • Manage and format resumes of owned candidates, consultants, and employees for sales purposes.
  • Reference Verification and Compensation Packages:
  • Verify candidate references and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Billing Consultants:
  • Maintain an optimal number of billing consultants.
  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sources, including social media, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, cold calling, and university visits, to identify new technical talent.
Key Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the software industry.
  • Solid experience in high-pressure/high-turnover recruitment environments.
  • Good advertising and sourcing abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
