Job Overview

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Develops strategic plans to align employee roles with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes a comprehensive recruiting process to staff organization effectively.
  • Counsels managers on candidate selection and conducts exit interviews to ensure seamless transitions, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
  • Prepares employees for assignments through thorough orientation and training programs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs by assessing needs and trends, recommending competitive benefit packages, and processing claims efficiently.
  • Ensures compliance with human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining accurate records as needed, while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Develops and recommends human resource policies and procedures to maintain management guidelines, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintains historical human resource records using an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
  • Stays current with industry developments by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies, enhancing expertise and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Manages human resource operational requirements, scheduling employees and following up on work results, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Orients, trains, and develops human resource staff to optimize performance, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
