We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Operations Leader to spearhead our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and maintaining effective relationships with staff and patients.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent leadership skills, and can work collaboratively to achieve goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including cleaning offices, seating areas, washrooms, and public spaces.
  • Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff on a daily basis.
  • Purchase and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Conduct pre-event inspections of patient rooms.
  • Recruit, schedule, and train new housekeeping staff members.

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing housekeeping teams, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a working knowledge of room management systems.

Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching, and development.
  • Ability to multitask, anticipate patient needs, and change goals quickly.
  • Working knowledge of room management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, patients, and staff.
