Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Professional to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and finalization of ledgers.
  • Monitor day-to-day accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and prepare reports for audits and tax submissions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audit processes.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to automation and digitization initiatives within finance operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CA) preferred.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
