Job Summary

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Optimize working capital and oversee banking relationships.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify areas for savings.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve margins.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise finance staff and support their development.
  • Work closely with operations, HR, and procurement teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within hospitality or service industries.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
