Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead our B2B sales and services to distributors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and developing high-quality sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Additionally, research and contact prospective businesses using industry databases and social media platforms. Prepare sales presentations and proposals, as well as identify and cultivate key decision-makers within prospective companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing. Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals. Comprehensive travelling across Pakistan is a must.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience in a sales role, including in-person presentations.
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including distribution channels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee efforts to drive revenue growth and profit growth.
  2. Establish and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications:

MBA Marketing & M.Sc/B.Sc Agri will be preferred.

2-3 Years experience in a relevant field.

Lahore (Head Office), Travelling across Pakistan is a must.
