We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to fill a sales and marketing position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including digital platforms and networking events.
  2. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads and sales, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service skills.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by leveraging marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales tactics.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with recent graduates welcome.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Proactive, result-driven approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Age not older than 25 years, with a positive attitude and energy level commensurate with this requirement.
  7. Previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial but not essential, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.
