Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge generative AI systems.

This role involves building and deploying large-scale models, optimizing performance, and integrating them into real-world applications.

  • Design and implement generative AI models for various use cases.
  • Fine-tune and optimize large language models using techniques like LoRA, PEFT, or RLHF.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to turn ideas into working AI-powered features.
  • Develop scalable training and inference pipelines using modern ML infrastructure.
  • Analyze model outputs for quality, bias, and safety, and implement necessary safeguards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research in generative AI and apply state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in generative models.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with model deployment, optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation), and cloud AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data curation, synthetic data generation, and ethical considerations in generative AI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Please note that we require a candidate who has experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
  • Contributions to generative AI research or open-source projects.
  • Experience with multimodal models (text+image, text+audio, etc.).
