Business Development Professionals with a flair for strategic planning and effective communication are sought after by our organization to spearhead business growth in the IT Managed Services sector. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify potential clients and market opportunities, engaging in cold calling and outbound communication to generate leads and set appointments, qualifying leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services, and supporting clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Engage in regular outreach efforts to generate leads and set appointments
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and aligning them with our service offerings
  • Provide exceptional support to clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach
  • Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales
  • Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights
