Job Title: Industrial Litigation Compliance Specialist

This is a highly skilled role requiring a strong background in legal compliance and billing practices. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Industrial Litigation Compliance Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that any disputes arising are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with Legal Team: Collaborate with our legal team to discuss and correspond on court cases, providing feedback and comments regarding disputed matters, written petitions, and other relevant documents.
  2. Provide Legal Advice: Seek advice from our legal counsel on court orders and regulatory decisions, and ensure compliance with these directives.
  3. Represent Company: Represent our company in court proceedings and assist the legal counsel as required.
  4. Progress Tracking: Maintain regular follow-up to track the progress and resolution of court cases, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background, preferably an MBA or MS, and at least 4 years of experience in a similar field. Candidates with LLB qualifications will be preferred.
