Compliance Officer - Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Affairs Specialist to oversee our company's adherence to regulatory standards in the US Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations across various business aspects, providing expert guidance on regulatory matters, and ensuring the company's operations remain lawful and ethical.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate control systems to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks and non-compliance issues.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business practices adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  3. Conduct regular reviews of internal processes and procedures to detect hidden risks or areas for improvement.
  4. Provide training and support to colleagues as needed to enhance their understanding of regulatory requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes and best practices in regulatory affairs.
  6. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in regulatory affairs or a related field, preferably within the US Healthcare industry.
  2. Expertise in regulatory frameworks, laws, and guidelines applicable to the US Healthcare sector.
  3. Excellent analytical skills, paired with strong planning and organizational abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  5. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
