About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architecture, developing robust projects that drive customer growth. You will create custom tools to optimize sales processes, data visibility and marketing strategies.

You will implement cost-effective solutions to replace or augment current software products, driving efficiency and reliability.

In this role, you will evaluate emerging technologies, providing strategic, innovative and cost-effective solutions to increase efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Write secure and maintainable code to power our platform.
  • Launch features that enable growth, marketing and sales teams to deliver value efficiently.
  • Lead code reviews and guide software architecture decisions.
  • Assess technical feasibility of product features.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
  • Affinity for creating extensible, performant and readable software.
  • Strong programming skills in Ruby (Rails), GoLang, Java, Python or NodeJS.
  • Hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Understanding of machine learning models and techniques.
  • Experience with relational databases preferably Postgres or MySQL.
  • CI/CD and version control experience preferably Git.
