Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Manual QA Manager to spearhead our quality assurance efforts.

This leadership role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing quality across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual QA engineers to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
    • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the QA team.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Quality Assurance Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure software quality across all projects.
    • Define and monitor QA metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts) to evaluate product quality.
    • Establish and maintain QA best practices and processes.
  • Test Execution:
    • Oversee and actively participate in functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Ensure the timely identification, documentation, and resolution of software defects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance and recommend tools and practices for adoption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with development and product management teams to align QA efforts with business goals.
    • Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding testing progress, issues, and quality metrics.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure software testing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain proper documentation for all QA processes and results.
