Project Management Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Executive to spearhead the delivery of complex architectural and construction projects. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, timely completion, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

  2. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, delegating tasks effectively, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among team members.

  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication channels, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

  4. Oversight of project finances, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and cost control measures to ensure optimal resource utilization.

  5. Risk management involves identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.

  6. Maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle, implementing rigorous quality control measures to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

  7. Develop and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines, and implement adjustments as necessary to optimize workflow and mitigate schedule delays.

  8. Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and resolving disputes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the architectural and construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are advantageous.
