Job Title:

Search Engine Marketing Strategist

The primary function of a Search Engine Marketing Strategist is to develop and execute comprehensive SEM campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Keyword Research:

    • Conduct thorough keyword analysis to identify high-potential search terms for various markets.
    • Estimate the minimum number of clicks/impressions required to generate a guaranteed number of leads/conversions.

  2. Campaign Design & Management:

    • Design and implement effective SEM campaigns tailored to clients' sales funnels.
    • Optimize bidding strategies and ranges to maximize ROI.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and sales processes to align SEM efforts with their objectives.

  3. Campaign Optimization:

    • Rapidly test campaign variations to identify top-performing strategies at minimal ad spend.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.

  4. Advanced Tracking & Analytics:

    • Set up and manage advanced tracking capabilities using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools.
    • Implement UTM parameters to track campaign performance and user journeys accurately.

  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor key metrics and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, and ROI.

  6. Bing Ads Management:

    • Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns alongside Google Ads to expand reach and maximize results.
