Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to finalizing products for market launch post-market research.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new Products & variants that are profitable for the bank.
  • Segment portfolios based on quality acquisition and market through marketing campaigns, including ATL and BTL media activities.
  • Draft documents and write-ups for flyers, brochures, posters, websites, and newsletters.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and provide support to maintain service levels.
  • Coordinate with Shariah, Legal, Policy, IT, Consumer Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and external vendors for marketing materials.
  • Monitor competition and market changes, sharing feedback with supervisors and product teams for proactive sales planning and countermeasures.
  • Re-engineer processes to enhance customer experience, focusing on digitization, automation, and leaner processes.
  • Invest in innovation and develop products to help businesses stay ahead of market trends.
  • Prepare presentations on successes, current projects, and plans related to the automobile industry.
  • Collaborate with front-end business teams to design and execute auto product campaigns within specified timelines and frequencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Knowledge of automotive finance industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
