Sales Growth Specialist

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for making initial contact with customers and business associates, demonstrating excellent telephone manner.
You will also need to develop strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you must actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other means, facilitating connections between our organization and potential clients.
Key responsibilities include setting up meetings with prospective leads, listening to their needs and concerns, and providing accurate and timely information to resolve any questions or issues that may arise.
Additionally, you will work to negotiate and close deals, handling complaints and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain positive business and customer relationships, striving to extend the lifetime value of each client.
They will also be expected to continuously improve their sales strategies, working individually and as part of a team to achieve success.
Finally, they will be responsible for tracking appointments, sales, complaints, and status reports thoroughly for manager review, using experience and feedback to self-improve and grow professionally.
