The Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our top vendor partners, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive business growth
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast revenue growth
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Support the development of commercial metrics and KPIs to measure business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
