Customer Experience Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, facilitating efficient issue escalation and tracking.
  4. Process customer orders, forms, and applications efficiently, adhering to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  5. Follow up on customer requests to ensure appropriate actions are taken, aiming for first contact resolution and continuous improvement.
  6. Escalate unresolved grievances or special requests to the relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
