Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in an Agile SDLC environment. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, and utilizing tools like JIRA for backlog management and Confluence for documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation in Confluence to ensure up-to-date requirements and workflows.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile SDLC environments.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and business analysis methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with API integrations and technical documentation.
