Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview:

The role involves analyzing user behavior and subscription data to identify drivers of churn, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from various sources to drive business decisions.
  • Develop predictive models to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Build and maintain return on investment (ROI) optimization models across marketing and content acquisition.
  • Conduct deep analysis into key business trends, delivering insightful narratives supported by data and visualizations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and KPI consistency.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of user segmentation and retention strategy.
  • Experience in SQL; familiarity with Python or ML tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivoting, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
