Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Design and deliver employee training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance management processes and assist in employee appraisal preparations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
