  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same industry is required, with expertise in core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware), NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies.
  • Deliver high-quality technical service outcomes, meeting planned objectives and expectations.
  • Contribute to key technology design decisions, guiding technical teams through various phases and reporting progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Create optimal infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk.
  • Contribute to the development of human resource capabilities, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and effectively across diverse cultures and time-zones.
