Job Overview

Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing and business development, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and import/export procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote diesel generators in Pakistan, focusing on the 35kw to 220kw range.
  • Establish a robust customer after-sales service network through sub-distributors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
  • Liaise and coordinate all matters related to the importation of diesel generators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Marketing and business development expertise with a focus on mechanical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with expertise in import/export and shipping procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and set up operations from scratch.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed.
