\The Affiliate Partnership Manager will be responsible for:

- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand program reach.\
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools and support.\
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.\
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize affiliate performance, including commission structures and marketing campaigns.\
- Ensuring all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.\
- Working closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.\

Requirements
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.\

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.\
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.\
