Job Summary

The Asst Admin Manager will support the Admin Manager in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Security Staff Management: Manage security staff and ensure their welfare matters are handled properly.
  2. Fire Risk Management: Monitor fire hazards, establish safety systems, perform inspection, testing and maintenance of all types of fire protection systems.
  3. Gate Operations: Control inward/outward movement of raw materials, machinery, and company assets.
  4. Vehicles Management: Manage issues regarding vehicles, including daily operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, drivers' administration, etc.
  5. Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure cleanliness around the factory and formulate regulate organization policies.
  6. Shared Resources: Manage staff shared resources such as meeting room, kitchen, etc.
  7. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance department for construction and miscellaneous electrical/mechanical issues.
  8. Government Liaison: Liaise with government departments such as LESCO, SUI GAS, PTC, Social security, etc.
  9. Rejection/Wastage Management: Handle rejection/wastage management.
  10. Asset Management: Manage company's asset such as Furniture, Vehicles, Telephones, Air conditioners, etc.
  11. Guest Issues: Handle guest issues.
  12. Labour Welfare: Handle labour welfare matters including milk, issue of tea, etc., Fair Price Shop, Workers Uniform, etc.

Requirements:

Administrative skills, support skills, basic computer knowledge are required for this role.
