Chief Financial Officer Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations across all business units within the group. This executive role requires a visionary finance leader with experience in complex, multi-entity environments.

The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, performance, and sustainable growth across the group. They will work closely with senior management to develop and execute the group's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring.
  • Lead financial due diligence, M&A evaluations, and post-merger integration across the group.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all business units.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Drive performance monitoring and profitability analysis at the group and subsidiary level.
  • Manage capital allocation, working capital, treasury, and cash flow across the group.
  • Optimize tax planning and ensure regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions of operation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in managing the finances of a diversified business group.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Salary Range: Rs300,000 - Rs400,000 per month.
