This exciting role requires a skilled professional to play a crucial part in our Supply Chain operations. We're looking for someone who can empower innovation and drive growth through delivering Supply Chain services and solutions that create value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place inter-company STO to sourcing plants based on DSI review, ensuring close coordination with CSRs for STO creation.
  • Manage and control inventory to achieve desired customer service levels while maintaining optimal inventory targets.
  • Closely communicate with planners/schedulers at source plants and keep customer service informed about order delivery schedule changes.
  • Work collaboratively with forwarders/warehouses to process import/export processing, customs clearance, and goods receipt with appropriate SAP entries.
  • Coordinate Non-Productivity Inventory reviews with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service teams.
  • Provide input to and participate as required in the IBP process.
  • Support supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel.
  • Drive improvement in supply chain KPIs and improve master data quality for planning/scheduling accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain roles like logistics, operations, ITO, or improvement, manufacturing, or customer service.

Desirable Skills:

  • SAP R2, R3, ECC, APO, or other ERP system working experience.
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills.
  • APICS CPIM Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader certification.
  • Proficiency in Business Objects or other Data Warehouse applications and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications and database tools.
