The role of Administrative Support Specialist involves providing assistance to the Head of Administration in managing a team of operational/maintenance personnel and security staff.

Key responsibilities include assisting with smooth operations, dealing with office administrative matters such as purchases, asset maintenance, and daily routine tasks, as well as managing security issues and maintaining records of diesel consumption.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in a similar role, and ability to manage and motivate team members. Effective report writing and communication skills are essential for success.

As an Operations Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising janitorial staff, conducting rounds in the factory to check electrical appliances and equipment, and resolving any issues that arise.

This role also involves coordinating with drivers to maintain company vehicles, ensuring upkeep maintenance/repair of all assets, and supervising carpentry and civil works projects.
