Data Strategy and Portfolio Manager

This role involves developing and implementing a data strategy and portfolio that enables the sales and distribution team to improve business health.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive data strategy and portfolio that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and identify opportunity areas in our existing product portfolio.
  • Conceive and develop new products to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Align product portfolio and customer communication to drive engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate product development, interdepartmental collaboration, and product life cycle management.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of product-wise subscribers.
What You'll Achieve:
  • Support the development of prepaid segment strategy.
  • Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain subscriber profiles on offers, including new, rollover, and leavers.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on different subscriber categories or offers.
  • Build and maintain a Segments Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans.
Your Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in data analytics, product management, or marketing.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to convert raw data into presentable information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to recommend solutions to complex problems.
  • Process-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work well in a pressure situation.
