Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of International Trade Coordinator.

  • Prepare Customs documents on the online WeBOC System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in compliance with regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through prompt communication and issue resolution, addressing their queries and providing timely assistance.
  • Foster collaboration with shipping lines to ensure seamless logistics and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Build connections with ports (KICT, QICT, PICT, etc.) to facilitate smooth cargo operations and minimize delays.
Daily Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation of daily reports detailing work progress and accomplishments.
  2. Compilation of expense sheets for each day, showcasing diligent financial management.
  3. Proactive tracking of shipments to guarantee timely payment of duties and taxes, thereby preventing demurrage charges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Punctuality and reliability in maintaining schedules and deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, enabling quick analysis and decisive action.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ease of learning new concepts and adapting to changing requirements.
